Status & roadmap

CSflow is early, and this page is the honest line between what you can verify on a call right now and what does not exist yet. Everything in the first list is live on the demo line today; call it and check.

What works today

  • 24/7 answering on the live demo line, (855) 552-8611.
  • The spoken AI and recording disclosure at pickup, versioned, with a fail-closed gate: no recording, no disclosure, no call.
  • A real conversation: unscripted answers, qualifying questions, honest limits.
  • Calendar booking against a live Google Calendar: availability checked during the call, two real times offered, and a booking that is only called confirmed after being independently read back from the calendar.
  • Text confirmations, consent-gated, sent only to the caller's verified number and only announced after the carrier confirms delivery.
  • Live View: bind-by-dialpad (* code #), on-screen accept, live captions, and the “work behind the call” action feed, with the projection allowlist described in The live view.
  • The record: audio recording, transcript, and an append-only log of agent actions for every call.
  • These docs and the trust pages: recording & consent, privacy, and terms.

What is not built yet

Coming, with no dates promised, because promised dates on unbuilt software are a lie with a deadline:

  • Self-serve onboarding. Today every business is set up individually by the founders.
  • A customer dashboard for reviewing your own calls, recordings, transcripts, and bookings. Today that review happens with the team.
  • More integrations. The shipped integrations are the ones the demo uses: Google Calendar for booking and SMS for confirmations. Connections to other calendars or phone systems are not built, and we will not name names until they are.
  • A public API or SDK. None exists yet, which is why these docs contain no endpoints or code samples.

How to read this page

If a capability is not in the “works today” list, assume it does not exist, whatever a hurried salesperson (or a hopeful AI) might imply. When something ships, it moves up, and this page's last-updated date moves with it.
