Terms of use

Our demo number connects you to an AI voice agent. Every call is recorded and transcribed, the agent says so out loud before anything else, and the details are on our Recording & consent page. Staying on the line after that heads-up means you're okay continuing on a recorded line.

Practical limits: demo calls are capped at a few minutes, we currently support US numbers only, and web-requested demo calls are limited to one per number per day. The agent will never ask for payment card numbers or other sensitive data — don't offer them.

Don't use the site or the demo line to:

• break the law, or harass or defraud anyone;
• request demo calls to numbers that aren't yours, or that you don't have permission to have called;
• flood, probe, or overload the demo line, the live view, or the site, or try to bind a live view to a call that isn't yours;
• feed the agent other people's personal information.

We can limit, end, or refuse any call or session at any time, including mid-call.

The chat on this site is an AI sales agent, not a human. Chat conversations may be logged, and are processed by third-party AI model providers to generate replies (see the privacy policy). Like any AI, it can be wrong. Nothing it says is a binding quote, price, or commitment unless our team confirms it in writing.

The site, the demo line, and the live view are provided as-is, as a demonstration. We don't promise they'll be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change or shut off any part of the demo at any time without notice.

Using the demo doesn't make you a customer and doesn't create a service agreement. If CSflow ends up answering your business's phones, that happens under a separate written agreement with its own terms.

To the fullest extent the law allows: the demo and site are free, and our total liability arising out of them is limited to one hundred US dollars. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't let us limit.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Crest Deployment Systems LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
